j.H pieces are available as either made to order or ready to ship. Our handcrafted pieces are individually made by head jeweller Joe in our Melbourne/Naarm studio.

Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, subtle variations may occur from piece to piece, making each one uniquely its own. As a result, your jewellery may differ slightly from the reference images shown online.

We work exclusively with 925 Sterling Silver, 9ct & 18ct Yellow and White Gold, Platinum and 18ct Gold Plated as well as a fusion of natural and lab grown gemstones and cultured pearls.

Our production lead time for pieces you see online is 4-6 weeks depending of the design. Please refer to the production description for specific lead times. For bespoke pieces, production time varys depending on the design. This will be discussed with you during the consultation process.

Australia

We offer a flat rate standard delivery of $10 via Australia Post, on all local orders. Australia Post Express Service is available for a cost of $15 AUD. Free shipping on orders over $700 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched.

USA

We offer a flat-rate Express Service to USA for $58 AUD via DHL Express. Delivery takes approximately 3 business days from dispatch, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please note duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

International

We ship internationally via Australia Post Standard International Service for $40 AUD and International Express for $58 AUD. Tracking details are provided via email once orders are dispatched. Please note duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
