We suggest having your finger sized professionally which can be done at most jewellery stores. If you're unable to do this, please use the directions below to measure your own finger.

How To Measure Your Finger
Use a piece of string or measuring tape to measure your desired finger and determine an inner circumference value. Alternatively, measure the diameter of a ring you already have and use the chart below to convert to a ring size.

Resizing
Rings
Please note that we will make your ring to the exact size selected or discussed. We are unable to size rings down, though in some cases we may be able to size a ring up depending on the design and if it doesn’t impact gemstones. j.H is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at the time of purchase.
Bracelets/Necklaces
We offer resizes on bracelets and necklaces if your piece doesn’t fit how you’d like. This is subject to a small resize fee and the customer must cover postage to and from j.H.
Care
Each j.H piece comes with a pouch, microfibre cloth, care instructions and box to store your jewellery in.
925 Sterling Silver
It is natural for 925 Sterling Silver to tarnish over time. Keep your jewellery lustrous by storing it in a dry, cool place away from moisture and harsh chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe with your polishing cloth to remove oils and dirt. For a deeper clean, use a mild polishing solution and the polishing cloth provided.
Solid Gold
Solid gold is resistant to water and sweat. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine and abrasive surfaces.
Gold can be easily cleaned with a polishing cloth. You can also soak gold jewellery in a bowl filled with lukewarm water and a few drops of mild soap. Use your fingers or a soft cloth to rub off any dirt and dry thoroughly. Keep in a dry place.
Gold Plated
Gold plating is delicate and requires mindful care to keep its shine. Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions as these can wear down the plating over time. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and residue.
Do not use polishing solutions or abrasive materials on plated pieces.
Storage
In between wearings, store your jewels in a dry, cool place, ideally in your j.H box/pouch, to minimise friction and moisture exposure.
